Terracota Wine cooler is handmade in Myanmar by the Myanmar Clay Works which offers a natural cooling to your wines.
When soaked in water, the terracotta wine cooler will bring down the temperature of your wine, or help to maintain the temperature of pre-chilled wine for hours . Learn how to use for White/ Rose or red wine:
For chilling white wine and rosé:
Soak the wine cooler in cold water for about 15 minutes. The clay will darken as it absorbs the moisture, empty the water and place your bottle of chilled wine in the cooler. The evaporation process will keep your wine cold for about 2 hours.
For maintaining red wine at the ideal temperature:
Once you have warmed your red wine to the correct room temperature simply place it into the wine cooler and it will remain at the same temperature throughout the meal.
And for that extra practical touch, we add a glazed saucer to catch those precious cooling drips of condensation. Available in Red and Blue
